ICMS Knowledge Exchange (KE) funding
Knowledge Exchange Events: up to £12k. A fund is designed to support activities maximising mathematical sciences impact by bringing academics (from within maths or other disciplines) and those outside of academia. It is ideal for running study groups, developing and strengthening collaborations, advancing research, forming communities and partnerships, sharing best practice, and more. Choose to host the event yourself or let the ICMS host it for you. Examples of previously funded events can be found here

Knowledge Exchange Follow on Fund (FoF)– upto £3k but this is flexible. This fund supports activities carried out after KE events to maximise impact, this includes events that weren’t previously funded by ICMS. Examples of previously funded FoF activities can be found here. Example activities include: (1) Report writing (2) Completing priority tasks agreed in the event (3) Follow up meetings (4) Site visits (5) Other actions that seek to promote further collaboration or enable implementation of event outputs
